Therapy & Support for Kids Navigating Big Emotions, Stress, or Loss
Whether your child is facing anxiety, grief, trauma, or the impact of a medical diagnosis—either their own or a loved one’s—we’re here to help. Through counseling, music therapy, and child life services, we offer age-appropriate support for emotional regulation, coping, and healing. We’re located in Southlake, Texas, and proudly serve families from nearby communities and beyond.
Counseling
Counseling gives children and teens a safe place to talk, build emotional tools, and feel more in control. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, big life changes, or challenges with communication, our counselors offer age-appropriate support to help them grow with confidence
Music Therapy
Music therapy helps children and teens express themselves, regulate emotions, and process life experiences—especially when words are hard to find. Through music, they build coping tools, strengthen connections, and find creative ways to grow and heal.
Child Life
Child life services help children understand medical experiences, family changes, or big emotions—using play, education, and coping strategies tailored to their age. We help kids feel informed, prepared, and supported, while also offering tools and guidance for parents.
